How much is my service going to cost?General service pricing can be found under the “booking & pricing” page.
Vivid, Alternative, & Corrective color are priced upon consult, by session at a flat rate. These services are fully inclusive of all products, labor, & styling.
Can you work on guests with curly hair?Yes! While I don’t claim to be a curly hair specialist, I am experienced in working with curls.
As someone with curly hair, I understand that trusting a new person with your hair is not easy. A consultation is the most effective way to discuss any concerns you may have, and see if we are a good fit for each other.
Sick PolicyIf you are feeling sick or unwell leading up to or on the day of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
I will make every effort possible to accommodate and get you in when you are feeling better. Please do not come in with a fever or cold symptoms.
How long is my appointment going to take?Vivid & transformative colors tend to run anywhere between 4-8 hours, and in some cases even longer depending on the desired outcome. These services are generally double, if not triple processes and cannot be rushed to ensure the integrity & health of your hair remains intact.
While I do my best to estimate how long it will take, I cannot guarantee an end time.
Haircuts generally take 1-1.5 hours. Razor cuts & specialized cuts can take as long as 2 hours.
AdjustmentsIf you feel I have missed the mark or your hair did not come out as expected, please reach out within 7 days so that I can make it right for you. I am happy to make adjustments.
Please note that once we agree on a goal and the service is performed, any further changes requested are considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.
AccommodationsAccessibility is a core value of mine and I want every guest in my chair to feel comfortable.
Please let me know prior to booking if you require an accommodation and I will do my best to make adjustments whenever possible.
