Deposits

For appointments that are 3 hours or more, I require an $80 deposit (one hour) at the time of booking in order to hold your spot. Your deposit will go towards your service total and is refundable up to 72 hours PRIOR to your service start time.

If you are feeling sick or unwell leading up to or on the day of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.

I will make every effort possible to accommodate and get you in when you are feeling better. Please do not come in with a fever or cold symptoms.

Pricing

The hourly rate for vivid, speciality, and corrective color is $80/hr. My rate is non-negotiable, but I am more than happy to offer options to work within your budget.

Hourly services are fully inclusive of all color, product, treatments, haircut, & styling costs.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens and I know that things don’t always go as planned. With that being said, please bear in mind that a last minute cancellation is time & services lost on my end. I am unable to refund deposits on services cancelled within 72 hours of your appointment.

In the (rare) event I need to reschedule your service, I will contact you as soon as possible. You will never lose a deposit for changes on my end.

Adjustments

If you feel I have missed the mark or your hair did not come out as expected, please reach out within 7 days so that I can make it right for you. I am happy to make adjustments.

Please note that once we agree on a goal and the service is performed, any further changes requested are considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.
